Meet Kyle Swafford
Kyle is a native of Cleveland, Mississippi, and has a wealth of experience in tax law, commercial real estate law, and securities compliance. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Delta State University. Then, he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College – School of Law, where he clerked for then Mississippi Supreme Court Justice Kitchens. In addition, Kyle participated in the University of Florida – Levin College of Law’s top-ranked Tax Law Program.
Before forming Swafford Law Firm, Kyle worked as an International Tax Consultant II at Deloitte Tax and has several years of experience with the Georgia Department of Revenue and the Internal Revenue Service. Last, Kyle worked at premier Commercial Real Estate law firm in Atlanta, Georgia.
At Swafford Law Firm, Kyle is a corporate and commercial real estate practice group member and represents clients in various matters, including real estate syndication, tax considerations for real estate investors, joint ventures, and commercial lending.
Kyle lives with his wife, Carly, and their sons, Harrison and Bennett. Collectively, they chase around their energetic Blue Merle Australian Shepherd, Sadie.
Meet Carly Swafford
Carly was born and raised in Northeast Florida and attended Flagler College in Saint Augustine, Florida, where she received her Bachelor’s in Accounting. She then went on to obtain her JD from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019. She is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia.
Before joining Swafford Law Firm, Carly worked in a variety of legal fields, including administrative litigation and family law.
At Swafford Law Firm, Carly assists Kyle in handling Commercial Real Estate transactions from beginning to end – starting with PSA negotiations all the way through Securities Compliance.
Carly and Kyle live together with their sons, Harrison and Bennett, and their equally energetic Australian Shepherd, Sadie.
Meet Jessica Roberts
With a degree in Criminology and Psychology from Florida State University, Jessica has built a career in the field of investigations and law. Prior to working at Swafford Law Firm, she managed a team of investigators at a prominent private investigations firm, honing her skills in case management, research, and team leadership.
At Swafford Law Firm, Jessica works as a Paralegal, specializing in Corporate Real Estate, where she assists with legal matters related to commercial property transactions and syndications.
Outside of the office, Jessica loves spending as much time as possible outdoors, at the beach, and with her Siberian Husky, Rocky.
